Vermont State Police are investigating after a person collapsed and died shortly after crossing the border into america from Quebec on foot final week.
They are saying U.S. border patrol brokers noticed Jose Leos Cervantes and two different individuals crossing the border into Holland, Vt., at about 10:30 p.m. on Feb. 19.
Police say in a information launch that Leos Cervantes collapsed when encountered by the brokers and that the opposite two males ran again towards Canada.
