Seth Rogen has discovered his heroes in a half shell. Rogen, who’s producing a CG-animated Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles feature, unveiled his solid Saturday when he was flanked by the brand new turtles on the Nickelodeon Youngsters’ Selection Awards.
Micah Abbey (Donatello), Shamon Brown Jr. (Michelangelo), Nicolas Cantu (Leonardo) and Brady Midday (Raphael) will voice star in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem with Jackie Chan voicing clever rat mentor Splinter. Rogen will star because the villainous Bebop, whereas John Cena will play Bebop’s pal Rocksteady.
Different stars embody Hannibal Buress as Genghis Frog, Rose Byrne as Leatherhead, Ice Dice as Superfly, Natasia Demetriou as Wingnut, Ayo Edebiri as April O’Neil, Giancarlo Esposito as Baxter Stockman, Submit Malone as Ray Fillet, Paul Rudd as Mondo Gecko and Maya Rudolph as Cynthia Utrom.
The movie picks up because the Turtle brothers search to win the hearts of New Yorkers by performing heroic acts they hope will get them accepted as regular youngsters. After they tackle a mysterious crime syndicate with the assistance of recent buddy April O’Neil, they discover themselves over their heads when a mutant military is unleashed.
Level Gray Productions’ Rogen, Evan Goldberg and James Weaver are producing the Paramount Footage and Nickelodeon Films function, which marks Nickelodeon’s first theatrical CG-animated film.

Ninja Turtles started life in 1984 within the pages of the underground comedian from Peter Laird and Kevin Eastman. It seen turned an ’80s animated collection in addition to a 1990 live-action function, all of which helped flip it into a world merchandising phenomenon.
